How billing works
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period — you keep your original renewal date.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Downgrade grace period: if a downgrade leaves you with more active listings than your new tier allows, you get 30 days to choose which listings to keep. Existing listings stay published during the grace period.
- Every subscription change and failed payment generates an email confirmation. Duplicate charges from processing errors are refunded.
Featured placement — coming soon
$29 for 7 days of promoted placement. Featured listings are independent of membership listing limits and are clearly labeled as paid placement — never as verification or endorsement. Featured placement is not available for purchase yet.
On-site payments are coming soon
Memberships are billed through the platform today. Featured placement is coming soon. Direct payments between hirers and professionals — deposits, milestones, and final balances — are also coming soon. Until then, those arrangements are made off-platform.
